Why should I choose LI Good Times?

Does the price agreed on or advertised include the set up and break down time?

No, the price is for the hours LI Good Time will be entertaining you and your guests. For example, the DJ will arrive 1 to 2 hours prior to start time and will be ready to play the first song when your guests start arriving. Set up and break down will be on our own time. There is no additional fees.

Can we request songs for our event?

We are more than happy to play requests. Request forms are sent to all our customers. We also ask our clients on what type of music/artists they prefer to hear and not to hear.

Do you play request songs from our guests?

You are the deciding factor. We recommend that you let us know when responding to the contract and request list which will be sent back to us.

How far do you travel?

We service Nassau, Suffolk and Queens locations only. Please note that some of our ads specifying lower rates will mention the locations. If you would like our services for NYC there will be an additional charge.

Do you have a contract?

Yes, all our customers receive a contract with all the details that were agreed on prior. All contracts are fully detailed to ensure a successful event on your special day.

Do you take deposits?

Yes, deposits are required for all gigs. The average deposit is $100 to 25% (depending on event). This ensures that you book the date with LI Good Times.  The remaining amount will be due on the date of your special event. Please note we accept cash, money order or certified checks. We do apologize, but no personal checks will be taken at the day of your event. Personal checks will be received for deposits.

Are there any hidden fees to your special offers?

No, we do not add any additional fees from our offers seen in our advertisements. You will discuss full details prior to signing your contract with the DJ of your event. Once the deposit and contract are completed, LI Good Times will not add hidden fees to our services. The advertised price is good for any day of the week and any time of the day.

Who do we talk to when responding your advertisements?

You can call us at 516 - 662 - 0531 or our toll free number 1-888-631-5165 and speak directly to the owner or email us at info@ligoodtimes.com. Once you contact us, you will be able to speak directly with the DJ of your event and set up a meeting.

Can we meet the actual DJ who will be performing at our party?

Yes, you are always able to meet the DJ of your party in advance. We insist meeting the DJ prior to booking to discuss the contract, song selections, details and questions that you may have for us.

Do you accept credit card payments?

Yes, LI Good times does accept credit card payments. Currently we take Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. LI Good Times also receives credit card payments with Paypal. You can also pay online via our website.

When do you recommend that we book your company?

We highly suggest the sooner the better. Once we receive the deposit along with the contract, your event is completely book with LI Good Times. We advise that you make your decision quickly to ensure our availability.

When booking your company again, can I request the same DJ who performed at our first party?

Yes you may, but please keep in mind that you should contact LI Good Times in advance to secure your request with us.
